Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s DayValentine’s Day at the Railway Tavern we have a dinner dance to mark the occasion.
We create a three course themed menu and the restaurant is decorated throughout,
dine and then dance the night away.
Due to demand we quite often do two evenings. Check back in January and our menu and details will be available for you.

Mothers Day

Mothers DayA special treat for mum, we offer a three course meal.
You can choose to have two or three courses.
We do sittings 12 noon, 2pm and 4pm.

St George’s Day

St George’s Day We like to celebrate St George’s Day with either a banquet or special themed menu.
The 23rd April is a chance to compile a menu of English dishes and produce.
Incorporated within the evening is a fun quiz for all to take part in. Check back in March and details will be available for you.

Fathers Day

Fathers DayTime to treat Dad alongside our usual Roast Lunches we offer a selection of specials.
After 4pm Dad’s Grill is available booking advisable.
Rump Steak, Gammon, Lincolnshire Sausage, Cajun Chicken, Black Pudding topped with an egg served with Peas, Mushrooms and Chips

Halfway to Christmas

Halfway to ChristmasAt the Railway Tavern we celebrate Halfway to Christmas on the nearest Sunday to the 25th June.
Turkey and Christmas Pudding lunches are available alongside our regular Roast Beef Lunches.
Usually very popular so booking advisable.

 


Lincolnshire Day

Lincolnshire Day Lincolnshire Day is celebrated on the 1st October it is a day that was created to mark the Lincolnshire rising by Catholics against the establishment of the Church of England and Henry V111 in 1536. The idea is to celebrate all things Lincolnshire its food, past, people and culture. The first Lincolnshire Day was in 2006.
We usually mark Lincolnshire day with a three course banquet of Lincolnshire produce turned into numerous dishes to try.

Halloween

HalloweenParty Time -with a three course Spooky Supper Menu available (with the option of ordering two or three courses.)
All welcome in Fancy dress (optional), Carved pumpkin competition and all your favourite Monster tunes to dance the night away too.

Christmas

ChristmasOur menu runs from the 1st December although if requested we can start earlier.
Christmas Buffets can be tailored to your budget and requirements and a disco can be arranged to create your own party night.
Christmas Day Lunch Menu is available on request.
