THE RAILWAY TAVERN IS CURRENTLY CLOSED
After a challenging year personally suffering numerous bereavements this has made us reevaluate everything. It has been a tough decision to make but we have decided to take a break and this means we have closed the pub for the time being whilst we work out our next step.
We were hoping to have found a buyer for the business but unfortunately not as yet.
The Railway Tavern Cottages remain OPEN and you can check out availability on our accommodation page.
We thank everyone for their loyalty and support over the years, it has really meant a lot.

Our traditional, country pub is open 5 days a week from midday. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays except for special events or large bookings arranged in advance. Our award winning, home cooked, food is served lunchtime, tea-time and evenings (see menu). Breakfasts, afternoon teas and other functions can be catered for by arrangement.
Children and families are welcome and we can offer small portions though it's not featured on the menu. Dogs are allowed but please book ahead if you want to dine with them so we can avoid overcrowding.
Two Bedroom Cottages for Short Breaks and Holiday
We have two, two bedroom cottages one of which is a disabilities-friendly bungalow. Please see our accommodation page for full details including prices and availability.
Our location features close by fishing, walks and cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds. There are also many places to visit within a short drive and we have listed some on the local area page.
