Self Catering Accommodation in Aby, Lincolnshire
Adjacent to the Railway Tavern pub we also have two self catering holiday lets; a cottage and a disabled friendly bungalow. Both properties are 2 bedroomed and sleep 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4. Each has a smart television, DVD and CD player/radio in the lounge area and free WiFi.
Your complimentary welcome pack includes Tea, Coffee and Milk and all towels and bedding provided. Breakfast packs can be ordered and of course you have our pub within walking distance. Please note both properties are non smoking.
Westerby Lodge Bungalow
The open living/dining/kitchen area has rural views from its patio doors with outdoor seating area in the garden. The bungalow features underfloor heating throughout and a large, disabled friendly, wet room/bathroom. The bedrooms are one king size and one twin sleeping up to 4 people. There is a washing machine in the store room. Children and families are welcome and Westerby Lodge is our pet friendly cottage. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.

Holly Cottage
This cosy cottage has underfloor heating throughout downstairs, centrally heated upstairs and washing machine in the kitchen. It has a wonderful corner unit in the lounge area for you and family to relax. Upstairs has two bedrooms one King and one twin room, with a small bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Outside seating area and rural views. Children and families are welcome but please not we do not allow pets or smoking in Holly Cottage (we do allow pets in Westerby Lodge above).
Availability and Booking
Main season reservations are for full weeks starting on Saturday. Off peak mid-week and weekend breaks of a minimum of 3 nights also available.

Fantastic cottage which has everything you need to have a home from home stay. Perfect central base to explore Lincolnshire. Your hosts are great and will make you so welcome, also you've got the pub opposite the cottage to finish the days exploring. A Very friendly local pub.

We had a fantastic time at Westerby Lodge. The hosts are close by and very helpful and welcoming but entirely unobtrusive. The house is well-appointed and has a superb, fully-enclosed and large garden which was perfect for sitting and enjoying the solitude with a drink and wonderful for our elderly dog to wander safely around. The house is well placed for visiting the East coast resorts like Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe, as well as the lovely town of Alford and the Lincolnshire Wolds in general. We were thrilled to find a lovely 'breakfast pack' waiting for us in the fridge - those Lincolnshire sausages were exceptional - and had everything we needed to have and incredibly relaxed and peaceful holiday (the weather was mostly excellent, too!). We would happily return!
Excellent cottage & location. Pub was slightly restricted due to Covid-19 restrictions but this did not impact on the stay. Owners were very friendly and welcoming.
A beautiful property. Everything on hand and immaculately clean. Big bonus having the pub so close to hand. We will definitely return . The area is stunning . Could have stayed there longer and that’s entirely down to the owners and the facilities provided. Even the sun loungers were comfy. The property is in our top 5 of places to stay.
